Can Choose Draft Position / Keeper Bucky (1 Viewer)

QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, FLEX, K, DEF
Qb TD = 4pts, all other TDs 6pts with any score greater than 50 yards (pass, catch or run) is 2x's the TD pts (so 8 and 12)

I won toilet bowl and can select my draft position. Additionally I get to keep Bucky Irving as my 11th round keeper so nice to start w a solid #1 rb.

Because of my keeper at RB, I think I can focus on some stud WRs. Im leaning at selecting 1.3 and try to nab either JJ or Ceedee and anchor the roster with that individual. Coming back to me I like best available but still would lean on another WR or TE.

Thoughts on what draft pick I should elect and options coming back?

The decision will be based on the type of players available after everyone keeps their one player. Do people just keep late round guys or are first rounders like JJ, Chase, CD, Barkley, Gibbs, etc kept.

Knowing the pool of players is helpful. Personally I hate drafting in the middle so i would be top 3 or bottom 3 but I am not sure which side I pick yet unless I have an idea of the kind of players available. If half of the top 10 players are going to be kept then I likely go in the top 3 to ensure I get one of the 5 guys left. Where in the top 3 depends on if there is someone I really want or if I don't care out of 2 or 3 guys then I move down a bit.

Another thing to consider (although not a huge consideration) is that keeping Bucky in the 11th round means if you pick top 3 it will be an early 11th rounder while if you are in the back 3 it's a late 11th rounder. Like I said, not a big deal but if you are equally set on an early or late pick that may swing you to late.

Thank you for the thoughtful response! Not all teams will keep someone and our rules indicate no keeper for a round 3 pick or earlier. That being said, WR Brian Thomas will be someone's keeper but aside from him and Bucky, almost all top 24 picks are available to start my draft...
