I found many women on the breastcancer.org site are using this tool (cancermath.net) to evaluate projected outcomes. You just enter your personal diagnostic info to get an idea.

When I enter 7 cm for my tumor, it gives the #s but there is an * at the bottom saying this tool only calculates to 5 cm. Great, so why not re-tool the tool, tools. While the > 5 cms may not be as many, I've seen some 6's.

It still gives me stats but of course, all with a grain of salt..

Catch it early for the best outcome. And not being my friend or family member also improves your chances of survival :sadbanana:
Yes, that's the ideal. I didn't have any real symptoms until it imploded to 7 cm that sent me in pain to the doc. Plus no one in my fam has had it, which turns out that doesn't matter in your chances with bc.. Having dense larger size breasts makes it harder for images to read. I went in thinking MRI shows 4 cm with nothing in the nodes to on the surgery table, 7 cm with small amounts of cancer cells found in 1 sentinel node. My stage went up because of this, and so will my chemo dates and cocktail. I also went to no rads needed to yes, you need it now. Fun filled several months coming up just with treatments. Haven't included on this board the fun in store for me with these armour tight tissue expanders and the painful fills coming up, then another surgery after all is done to take these out and put in the final product.

So far I have my :boxing: on just like my buddy Corbin did. :)
