Can't wait for the first Eyes Of The Guru (1 Viewer)

The Eyes of the Guru Report is written by John Norton and is the industry standard article of all things IDP. It's been written for over ten years now, under the banners of Fantasy Insights, RedEyeSports and now FBG for its fifth season. The summer opus is a comprehensive preview of every single relevant IDP by team and published in two installments (AFC and NFC). How comprehensive is it? Last year's two part article was over 75,000 words. That's in the neighborhood of 50 pages for each installment. Our IDP staff publish all kinds of content to the site from April through Week 17, but this is our flag bearing piece of IDP goodness.

The first part usually gets published to the site in late July, just before training camps begin.

bonscott's an old RedEye junkie, but he knows you can't rush a good thing. :hijacked:

So who's all waiting for that first Eyes of the Guru to drop? I need my fix! :lmao:
ahh my man Bon. It's coming. With any luck at all I will have the AFC knocked out by mid July with the NFC coming the first week of August. I'm pounding the keys right now... Patience my friend and thank you. :goodposting:

Not to pile on you John, but I too love the eyes of the guru. It's one of the very few long reads where i read the whole thing.

I use a highlighter while reading it and mark it all up with the highlighter and also make notes like a teacher with my own thoughts.

No problem! Probably my 8th or 9th year reading this most excellent article. I always get the shakes this time of year until it gets published and I get my fix. :) One request I've always had is a follow-up article with some key updates say around August 20th after a few weeks of camp. Just some quick hits. Hard to keep track of all the happenings even with this great forum. But in any case, good luck and look forward to another season of all the IDP info at Footballguys.
