Catcher Dilemma (1 Viewer)

I have Devin Mescoraco and Joe Mauer. I really don't want to waste a roster space on a 2nd catcher down the stretch as I'm already wasting space rostering Masahiro Tanaka and could really use the spot to stream pitchers. The problem is the team I'm competing for the 1 seed is playing Miguel Montero so it kind of feels like dropping one would be donating him a catcher.

What would you do?

Montero definitely had a great first half, but supposedly will get more rest and seems to have been wearing down a bit.

Either way, just get rid of Tanaka, assuming redraft,
