He was looking like the best RB on the Jets today....showing a good combo of vision and power. Hoping the injury isn't serious, but have a bad feeling it is.
The Colts run defense is pretty awful so a lot of RBs would have looked good against them today. Houston did look shifty and strong, though.
I don't think Mangini will ever commit to 20 plus carries for one of Barlow/Leon/Cedric, though. They all looked pretty good today and bring a little something different to the table.
As expected, an MRI yesterday revealed that running back Cedric Houston suffered a hyperextended left knee in the third quarter of Sunday's 31-28 loss to the Colts at Giants Stadium, according to someone with knowledge of his medical condition.
That person requested anonymity because of the Jets' policy of releasing few details of players' injuries. Houston is expected to be out two to four weeks. "It's not that serious," the person said.

With Barlow getting the goaline work and converting it (4 TDs so far), I think the Houston injury is an uptick for his value.
I have Leon Washington stashed on my dynasty roster but I did like what I saw out of Houston this last week.. I think the Jets are happy to use Barlow at the goal-line but I expect most plays between the 20's to go to Leon Washington until Houston returns at which point Houston may eat into Washington's carries as long as Washington hasn't become Brian Westbrook #2

Barlow is to Houston as Washington is to Blaylock. I would expect Barlow to get most of the tough yards and GL carries, and Washington to be our open field back. (Not to mention Barlow just cant' catch).Houston looked good, but he's not a "shifty" back.
