I have no problem with the NFL suspending players for H2H hits in certain situations. I'm not bothered by the new focus on player safety, I am bothered by the almost random interpretation of what is a penalty and what deserves a fine. I do not think the coaches, players or even refs are completely sure on how the League wants it called.
