Chad Jackson, WR - DEN (1 Viewer)

el centro

I was just perrusing the FA market in a few leagues, and saw Chad Jackson's name on the DEN roster. Do you think he'll have much value with McDaniels taking over? He is a former top draft pick. Or is he just a total bust at this point?

Yes, he has just as much value.

Right now he is behind Marshall, Royal and Stokely. So, best case scenario here is #4 WR w/ possible KR or PR duties? I'll pass.

Considering McD thought him worthless when he was OC of the Pats, can't imagine that will change now that he is HC of the DBs.

Pray he gets a TD in the preseason, then sell him for a 2nd round 2010 rookie pick. Then laugh alllll yearrrrr longgggg.

mcdaniels came from new england, right? to me that makes chad jackson *less* valuable than he was before mcdaniels was hired.

Unless.... McDaniel's learned from the master of cheating and cut Chad so Denver would pick him so that he could later turn him into a star on his new team, which he clearly knew he would be the HC of in 2009. Frigging conspirators!

I vote total bust. I bought into the hype last season. Mistake.
bust...but who knows, Antonio Bryant is/was a bust until this season right?
You might want to compare Bryant's year by year stats to Jackson's. Bryant's immaturity always got in his way, not his ability on the field.
Not even close. Bryant had a pretty sucessful rookie season in Dallas. Jackson's 3 year totals are 14 / 171 / 3 but don't let me stop you from giving him a roster spot.

I'm not sure who you are talking to, but the intent of my post was the same as the point you are making.
