Champion Windows 365- Good, ok, or suck some serious ###? (1 Viewer)

I'm looking to buy a few windows for a ADU project, and found a few unused Champion windows for $70 each. I've looked online, and reviews are all over the map, so I'm looking for some insight from someone in the industry. Are these POS that I'll be having to replace in 5 years, or actually decent? I like the stats I see on their site, however they also have a hokey as #### vibe.

Says they should be fine, as long as I make sure they are indeed new, and have no issues with the frame/sealing.
