Do the Chargers have a first roung bye locked up already or do they need to win Christmas night? I haven't heard that they might rest starters late in the game but after a quick look at the standings I don't see anyone catching them.
And the Bengals can still catch them too. They just need a little help....If all results below fall the "correct" way, then the Bengals would have SoV of 79, SD would have SoV of 78, and NE would have SoV of 75. As shown below, it's actually possible for the Bengals to get to a SoS tiebreaker with NE(79-79-78 or 78-78-77 over SD on the SoV) but they would lose that tiebreaker to NE.MUST HAPPEN:Week 16Cincinnati d Kansas CityNew England d JacksonvilleTennessee d San DiegoCleveland d OaklandGreen Bay d SeattleJets d IndianapolisHouston d MiamiCarolina d GiantsDetroit d San FranciscoWashington d DallasWeek 17Cincinnati d JetsNew England d HoustonWashington d San DiegoCleveland d JacksonvilleBaltimore d OaklandPittsburgh d MiamiMinnesota d GiantsGreen Bay d ArizonaAND - so that NE doesn't win the SoV tiebreakerany combination of the following results totaling 6 points or more(basically NE defeated Buffalo twice so their results count double):Week 16Atlanta d Buffalo (2 points)New Orleans d Tampa Bay (1 point)Pittsburgh d Baltimore (1 point)Week 17Indianapolis d Buffalo (2 points)Seattle d Tennessee (1 point)New Orleans d Carolina (1 point)Kansas City d Denver (1 point)-QGedit to fix spelling
