Average Draft Position (ADP). FBG's has compiled a list of where guys are typically going in drafts, to give you an idea of where they normally go so you can judge when you can wait or may need to reach.Good luck.

02.02 (This is the players Average Drafted Spot). The numbers before the decimal indicate the round and the numbers after indicate the slot where the player was taken. 02.02 = Round 2, second pick of round 2.

how up to date are the ADP numbers?

do those update when you click the Get Latest Projections button?

do they average out only the last few weeks numbers, or is it the ADP from the entire season?

i ask because i have a draft tomorrow night, and i've never drafted this late before, and want the freshest numbers.

TIA

I had the same questions about freshest numbers. Just as an example, Graham is way about Caddy and Caddy is #1 on the depth chart (according to TB).

or where could we get more up to date ADPs?
I've used Antsports in the past. What league management site do you use? I'm pretty sure CBS, MFL and Yahoo all have their own ADP lists as well.
excellent suggestion. i was able to pull up an ADP list post 8/25 on MFL.i'm still curious what the ADPs are that show up on the footballguys excel thingy.

It took my one whole season and part of the offseason to figure out what I would use from the site. I tried to use too much my first year, but in the offseason I looked over the stuff and came up with what stuff I use to draft and what to use for my in season free agent moves and lineups choices.I found out that couple guys in the league know about the site, but not sure how much they use it. Wearing my audible T-shirt started the talk.

The "Read me first" tab at least shows when the ADP list was generated. Not sure how to tell where they generated the list from though...sorry. I do know however, that the Draft Dominator FAQ states that they get the ADP list from Antsports. I would imagine it would be the same, but don't quote me on that.
