Chicago at Detroit (1 Viewer)

The stoppable force of the Lions O (28th in PPG, 30th rushing) against the movable object of the Bears D (30th PPG, 28th passing yards)!

Will Calvin or Marshall shine brighter (if either does at all)? Which of Cutler and Stafford will look less inept?

Will the Lions remember what it's like to do that thing where your team carries it across the goal-line (I forget what it's called)?

All this and more while you kill time waiting for dinner to be done!

:lmao:

Nice summation, MM. Happy Thanksgiving, everyone.

I think this is going to be a blood bath. Cutler/Bears offense will not be able to have sustained drives; will need a few big plays to stay in this one. People are rightfully talking smack on Lions offense, but the Bears D is one hell of a cure to Lions issues. Over/under on Cutler turnovers? I think he has 3 today.

Cutler is pretty good vs the Lions

So let me get this straight, both of these teams can pull of wearing throwbacks even with the new helmets rules, yet they don't. Screw you NFL, screw you.

Rookies LT Lucas and RG Swanson are overmatched. Maybe they'll develop but that first series they looked the same as they have for weeks - not ready for prime time.

A buddy told me 5 minutes before kickoff I was an idiot for thinking Lions would win in a walkover. He's a good gambler, I am not. Cutler didn't look terrible the first possession. Color me surprised.

Stafford looked a lot better that drive, and in general the passing game should be open.

Then again, that seems to be the case for both teams.
