Sure and the Packers scouts are a factor of ten greater than their Bears counterparts. Bears would just spend the extra $$$ on 3 more blocking TE and a WR that can't catch.

Yeah, I really have no strong opinions because I think Monty is a capable back. I think Herbert looks a little more spry and elusive than Monty, but pass catching, pass pro, and other considerations are certainly important.
