Will Mathews ever get back on the field?
of courseCould KC beat a top college team?
Probably. I wouldn't discount seeing Clipboard Jesus as well in for Rivers.Mathews out now?
It wasn't very pretty. Guess Charles was truly a sell high.Charles still doesn't look like he knows where he is.
So you are telling me Chargers fans have liked the fact that Turner has won just enough to stay as head coach, or if they had a 1 - 15 season they could have been rid of him 2 or 3 years ago and not wasted all the talent they have had.excellent post.I'll never root for a loss.Disagree if it helps your team in the long run I would root againstIMO you can't truly be a fan and hope for a loss. This applies to all fans, not just Chargers fans.'Greg Russell said:I wonder how many Charger fans want to see the Chargers win, versus how many would like to see them lose to hasten a Norv and/or AJ firing.
I think i'll lean back the other way now'MSULions said:i said earlier today that this would either be one of those great Chargers games they have a couple times a year where they win 38-13 or KC would win 12-10. I'm leaning towards the latter.

Maybe after that hitDoes jamall charles have a lazy eye?
Who said this?I am a Chargers fan. I thought A.J. Smith and Norv Turner should have both been fired after last season. Neither was fired. That is out of my control as a fan. Are you saying you think I should want the Chargers to lose every game until Smith and/or Turner are fired? Are you the fan of a particular team? Don't take it to the complete extremely, but if you know your coach is bad and he is on the hot seat do you really want him to go to the playoffs and you have to endure another year or two of it? I agree. As bad as KC is, it is still riddled with top college players. Bigger and stronger. What position on offense would Alabama be better at? If Alabama was so good, then why won't all 22 starters be NFL starters let alone get drafted?stupidest question in the world each and every time someone asks it about a pro team.of courseCould KC beat a top college team?
Charles owners will be Draughning their sorrows tomorrow.

I've never "wanted" the Texans to lose. But if it took finishing out their 2-14 season in that fashion to make the owner realize Casserly and Capers were running the team into the ground, I was willing to put up with a couple more losses at the end of the year rather than see some meaningless 3 game winning streak buy the front office another year.Who said this?I am a Chargers fan. That's different though. The Chargers have a shot at winning the division and the AFC is wide open this year. If they are 5-10 heading into Week 17, sure it helps in the long run to lose and move up a couple spots in the draft. But until the playoffs are no longer a possibility, it's silly to root for a loss.I've never "wanted" the Texans to lose. But if it took finishing out their 2-14 season in that fashion to make the owner realize Casserly and Capers were running the team into the ground, I was willing to put up with a couple more losses at the end of the year rather than see some meaningless 3 game winning streak buy the front office another year.Who said this?I am a Chargers fan. he is 3 - 3 in the post season and only made it there 3 times in his 6 yearsWe fired Marty after a 14-2 season. Dean cares about post season success. If we don't have success this post season he is gone. Easy as that.

Right. Although Norv has only coached the Chargers for 5 complete seasons (so 6 years is meaningless at this point). And the Chargers only made the postseason 2 times in the 11 seasons before Norv took over, and they went 0-2 in those games. I thought Norv should have been fired after last season, but some of the BS being posted is at best misinformed and at worst just plain stupid.he is 3 - 3 in the post season and only made it there 3 times in his 6 yearsWe fired Marty after a 14-2 season. They just said it was a neck injury and not much else.Any word from commentators on Charles injury? Don't have NFL network here.
And the next one will be Matt Barkley. From the game: the last Chiefs QB to be drafted by the Chiefs and win a game for them was 25 years ago... Todd Blackledge
2nd and 13 at KC 5 M.Cassel sacked at KC 0 for -5 yards (J.Johnson). FUMBLES (J.Johnson), RECOVERED by SD-S.Phillips at KC 0. TOUCHDOWN.Was the Chargers defensive TD (the one where cassel fumbled in the endzone) a sack fumble recover because they didn't add the sack/fumble recover on espn.
Really?'jurrassic said:This is why I didn't understand the Chargers D love. Bad defense meets bad offense is not a recipe for success
