i thought berman was a little annoying until i was subjected to costas on a regular basis. now boomer is a breath of fresh air.

It really is a shame that there's not one decent NFL highlight show on TV. ESPN has gotten worse every year. The new show on NBC is bad. And after 5 minutes of Deion Sanders on NFL network I have to turn the channel.

i agree as annoying as he can be, i miss the complete run down of games at the end of the nightthese highlight things they do now are all unorganized and annoying

Set it and forget it!And the sorry excuse for a NFL show NBC puts on sorta reminds me of one of those Saturday am handicapper shows where the camera zooms in on each guy for their (allegedly relevant) "take" or 5 star lock of the week. Just horrible.

I miss Howard Cosell's halftime highlights on MNF "the pass to THAT! man, #22". Howard wasn't appreciated back then but he made MNF and kicked up the level of sports journalism to the popularity it is today.
