Chris Chambers (1 Viewer)

Just picked him up off waivers. Looks like he could be a good plug in if needed. He should be #1 while Bowe out (this and next 3 weeks), then may be better, as Bowe could take some double coverage away.

It does seem like Chambers got a wake up call getting cut by SD and is now playing at least marginally better (at least average now). hard to assign huge value to a WR in KC when they are pretty bad at passing and O right now.. but they're getting better. Putting up those kind of points on PIT is impressive (even without Troy P--who was out right?).

Chambers stepping up is only going to help this O down the road. Will keep the doubles off Bowe when he returns.

Is he an FA at the end of the season? If so, hes earning himself a nice contract at the end of the season.

Until Dwayne Bowe gets back Chris Chambers is definitely the #1 wide receiver in Kansas City.

Each week his targets have increased (4, 5, 6) and his big play in overtime should do nothing to drench optimism for him moving forward. To those of looking way forward to the fantasy playoffs he could be a nice pick-up with week 14, 15 and 16 match-ups against the Bills, Browns, and Bengals (the #9, 19, and 20th ranked pass defenses). Of course he's still Chris Chambers which means there's roughly a 100% chance that he'll have a 1 catch, 10 yard game in the next month.
