Chris Johnson prediction vs. Steelers (1 Viewer)

Ketamine Dreams

He's been a must start most of the year, but faces a tough matchup and is making some people rethink their lineups for championship week, (for most of us anyway.) Rather than a WDIS or a I'm benching _______ for _______ type thread I put it in this way. What do you think he'll do this week?

My guess 15 rushes 55 yards, 3 catches for 21 yards...

Spot on

McClain rushed for 3.79 yds per carry. Choice in week 14 rushed for 3.83 yds per carry. Tenn's OL is dominent and so is the Steelers D. Unfortunetly I am expecting PITT to stack the box. Which TENN rush offense will show up, the one that gives CJ 13 carries like this week against HOU or 19-20 carries like week 14.

If he is given 16+ carries, I expect him to break for atleast one big one (I hope), PIT has had difficulty in the past with RBs that catch the ball out of the backfield, hopefully this is one of those few as I am starting him. Only chance CJ has is if TEN dumps the ball off when blitzed.

Weeks 4 & 5 (toughest rush D's he has faced):

MIN - 17 for 61 - 2TDs, 3 for 14 rec

BAL - 18 for 44 - 0TDs, 2 for 4 rec

As a Steeler fan, I'm more concerned with him as a receiver than a runner. I could see him topping 100 total yards in a best case scenario, but most of it will be via the pass.

I've got to pull out the old "Clubber Lang" quote in regard to a prediction:

Pain
beat me to that one...man, he's going to need some work after this game.
Along those lines-- I've got to give CJ some praise on top of all the othe praise he gets on this board.... the guy has been amazingly durable this year.;. For an undersized back, getting as many touches as he has-- he's one of the few starting Rb's in the league who hasn't been hurt or severly dinged... I think he may have made the probable injuy report one week, but that's it.. I don't think may Rb's in the league can say that.. Not to jinx him, but I am impressed by his durability..

There is a myth going around that undersized backs are less durable, but its simply not true.

13 carries for 39 yards; 2 receptions for 9 yards. He'll struggle just like he did v Baltimore.

I am staying far away from him this week.

I don't know about most, but I certainly agree that he only scares me in this game as a receiver. He is exactly the kind of back that can break a screen play for a ton of yards against the aggressive Steelers D.My guess:15 carries, 45 yards4 catches, 40 yards

I love the guy but I'm not starting him against the Steelers in our championship game. Probably going with Colston in my flex spot unless SJax doens't play for some reason in which case CJ will be back in.

I don't know how Chris Johnson will do, but isn't Ketamine the date-rape drug? Or am i thinking of something else?
