Cincinnati at Tampa Bay (1 Viewer)

Very solid drive by Dalton for the go-ahead TD. Great throw to Green.

Per the announcers Dalton got some kind of stomach bug or food poisoning last night.

Bengals have to punt after Sanu drops a perfect strike from Dalton down the middle. Hit him right in stride.

17th penalty of the game on the punt.

Evans gets a clutch first down. Then Rainey takes a dump off pass, makes some nice moves, and puts Bucs in field goal range with no time outs.

Wow. Big pass play gets it to the Bengals 20. Lewis throws an illegal challenge flag inside of 2 minutes and Bengals lose a time out. But now play is being reviewed and Bucs clearly had 12 men on the field.

There should be a yardage penalty for throwing an illegal challenge
I can't remember - why is it illegal again? I mean, that was an egregious error on the part of the officials, and you need a mechanism to correct that kind of an issue that late in the game. Not saying I disagree with you callin for a yardage penalty. Would a simple TO been as effective for him?

So the best two plays of the game were an illegal replay challenge and Mike Evans picking up and throwing Terrence Newman to the ground.

I hate the idea of a retro-active penalty. Can a coach use a challenge flag to have the refs go back in time and look for holding, PI etc? Is too many men a special case penalty? It should have been called before the snap but it wasn't.

Too many men is a reviewable play. Both by the booth or by a challenge. Holding/PI is not.
