Washington, Kelley WR CIN WR Washington gets expanded role Updated 10/10/06 News: Bengals WR Kelley Washington, who was a potential cut-down day casualty, has earned coach Marvin Lewis' appreciation. Washington has expanded his role on special teams and has nine receptions and one touchdown on offense. "He's very confident in his abilities," Lewis said of Washington. "He's always done basically what's asked. He's really made a difference and stepped up, and he's realized that he's learned the value of being on a team is that you have to contribute in all areas. I think he's done an excellent job of raising that level and being productive on special teams as well, given every opportunity he gets now, and that's been good. He's always answered the call." Analysis: Washington has been given more time with the suspension of Chris Henry. He is not reliable enough to use except in the deepest of Fantasy leagues.
