Is it better to cash in your cc war loot immediately or leave it in the cc?

Seems to me I offer more if I have loot in the cc but don't know for sure.

Depends. If you're loot capped (2.5M of gold/elixir & 50K DE at TH9), then empty it. If you're under those thresholds, don't empty it. If you have a mix of capped and uncapped

Honda peeps...we agreed that high level TH9s would be attacking the lowest TH9s in an attempt to get more 3 stars correct?

I think it's always been "attack the highest target you think you can 3 star" for th9s. 2star attacks on th10s are a reasonable target as well, but that depends a bit on the number of th10s we have on our side.

Would be good to sort this out. Have heard "2-stars is solid on first attack" a lot as well.

So I have no idea what is actually happening in game anymore. All I've been doing for the last 2 months is collecting loot and building my walls. But this latest update has resulted in me never getting attacked. Am I hidden from everyone? It seems that in order to come into the queue of bases to be hit you need to be viewed by someone else, or else make an attack. Otherwise in 23 hours you will become invisible and every 2.3 days your collectors will completely max.

TH9 is pretty simple. Unless the base is complete ### double poison hogs on first hit and if it's a hound and you fail come back in with zap quake laloon to clean it up or clean it up with better hog deployment if a dragon. Don't overthink it.

Name of the game now is leaving enough surplus TH9 that can then go up and 2 star TH10. Having even one or two can make a big difference because it allows more three star attempts from big TH10.

If you're a new TH9 and don't have a real TH9 attack yet either because you don't have the upgrades or you don't know how to GoHoxx GoWixx or GoLaxx yet, then 3 star max TH8, 2 star any TH9, 3 star TH9 where possible in that order. If you're a max offense TH9 then 2 starring a TH9 is expected to be the bare minimum. If going low then should be going for 3. Also, by "low" does not mean low in the war rankings. It's possible their 8 is a easy hog 3 star while their 20 can be a tricky TH9 that won't be 3 starred.

Trip, you should be 2 starring high TH9s or 3 starring under developed TH9s. Going low for 2 is not meant for you, it's for our newer TH9s still getting upgrades done.

I've three starred TH9s with xbows in 2 of the last three wars. I can get the automatic 2 stars on higher level TH9s, but that doesn't seem like the right strategy if we are trying to win...we should be easily 2 starring the top TH9s. Any TH9 with golem/wiz upgrade should be able to do that.

So I guess I disagree with the notion that top TH9s should be using attacks to 2 star top enemy TH9s. I'd say any 3 star on a TH9 with xbows is an attack better spent.

That being said, I'll take marching orders if that is what the group wants to do, just wanted to voice my opinion on strategy.

I've thought for a while that we should limit th9 attacks to other th9's (or th10s, if they feel brave). Let th8's clean up th8s. That would mean that lower th9s would want to look for the highest th9 they can 2 star.

I'm Honda's lowest TH9, but have pretty well developed offense. Unfortunately, I still have no idea what I'm doing attackwise -- especially with GoXX -- so am trying to stick with simple 2*s on mid-range TH9s with my first attack, then swinging for the fences with my 2nd.

Seeing random clans try anchoring a lot lately. It's not working. Not sure if they are doing that for weight reasons or they simply can't get enough people into wars anymore. It's a really dumb idea.

Fbgs rolling - back to our winning ways - off to a great start as we look to win our 7th straight.

All those months of grinding/ugrading hero's finally paying off.

I think FBGS has found the sweet spot of war matchups. Granted, a couple of these clans are absolutely horrible at attacking, but I'll take it.

or it could be the new matchmaking they implemented. we havnt tested the 'china' waters since the update

but our attacks have improved big time + the lack of unused attacks helps the cause as well

We are also benefiting from people making their own first calls within their realistic skill level. Going lower in order to avoid cleanup later has been huge.

EDIT: JINX! We just bumped into 15 TH11's. Most rushed, but, still!

We're having a maintenance break shortly: the Attack boost is coming to an end but we're extending the resource boostuntil further notice, so you can continue boosting your Gold Mines, Elixir Pumps and Dark Elixir Drills for one gem each still.
