Cleveland's transitioning to a more conservative attack focused on ball control, the running game, and the short-intermediate passing game w/the occasional deep look to Edwards or whoever replaces him after the season.Robert Royal's the perfect blue collar type of TE for this offense. He won't stretch the field, but he'll catch dump passes, play full-go at all times, run block, whatever the coaches ask of him. He's probably never going to be more than bye week filler as a fantasy TE though. Steve Heiden's an older version of Royal that's coming off surgery, who knows if he'll ever be the same but if he does come back he's just his backup.Rucker's going to get his opportunity to prove that he's an effective pass catching TE, he'll never be confused with a run blocker, but this staff has zero ties to him. He was a day two target for the old regime, one in which Savage wanted but Romeo did not (don't get me started). It's anyone's guess how the new regime feels about him, but if he gets opportunities and does something with them he's the TE to watch in this offense as he has field stretching ability. If he doesn't generate much buzz early in camp I'd forget about him until he's sent elsewhere and even then I wouldn't get my hopes up. He's one of the guys that's going to have to have a strong start to camp if he's going to stick.
