Cleveland needs to trade for Mikel Leshoure. (1 Viewer)

Anyone agree? It makes too much sense not to happen. Cleveland has to got to go Quarterback.

Try getting him for a 5th Rounder, swap thirds. Would instantly add a competent workhorse to your roster. He'd fit in great in the Dog Pound.

You should work for the Browns... I think you would fit right in with the type of organization they have been running for several decades. Almost an exact fit.

Not saying the Browns should go get him, but I find it a bit strange that the immediate reaction to anything Leshoure related is that he's a bum, he didn't show anything, was pedestrian etc. I thought he was actually pretty decent a couple of seasons ago, sure he wasn't explosive, but he was tough, ran well, showed an ability to catch passes and finish at the goal line. In short, he was a solid back and had a few nice games.

Last year he's stuck behind Bush and Bell, who were both great, and so now he's a talentless waste of space? I don't get it. I don't see why he couldn't play an effective role for another team.

I agree with this. Leshoure was very competent in Detroit in 2012. He is still very young as well. Trading for Leshoure and drafting another option would not be a bad idea for Cleveland.

Definitely. Average rbs are a dime a dozen but on the other hand he was badly outplayed by Kevin Smith.

Picked up Leshoure off the wire right after the season ended as a lottery ticket.

Can't beat that price. I'd imagine in shallow leagues like mine (12 team. Keep 12) he's available on the wire in many of them.

If nothing happens to him in the off season, he gets thrown back into the pool at no cost.

Did the same. Second round pick with nice measurables, two years removed from surgery and has kept his nose clean despite getting no play at all. Zero risk with some upside at a premium position.
