Cleveland nightlife? (1 Viewer)

I'm going to be in Cleveland tomorrow night for work, staying at The Westin downtown. Anything fun to do in Cleveland on a Tuesday night?

I've only been to Cleveland once in my life, New Years 1994. Me and two college buddies drove out there for the Pats-Browns playoff game on New Years Eve. We went to a place called the Basement in the Flats and had a blast, granted we were out of our minds on ecstasy but that club was very cool. I heard the Flats are long closed down and I'm guessing it could be slim pickings on a Tuesday but I would think there is something going on.

most bars in clevelandtown have fart contests three or four nights a week take that to the bank bromigos

:lmao:

No love for Cleveland. You are right down the street from the Rock and Roll hall of fame.

East 4th district (up towards Quicken loans arena) has some nice hangouts.

West 6th (up closer to First Energy Stadium) has some as well. Liquid, Barley House...

If you like microbrews, Great Lakes Brewing company has top notch stuff. https://www.greatlakesbrewing.com/now-on-tap

Another good source of beer near Great Lakes is Tremont Taphouse. http://tremonttaphouse.com/

The Indians are playing the tigers if you want to catch a game. This also means there should be plenty of people at the local pubs after the game.

*almost forgot.... horseshoe casino is right there too

As another person said, East 4th street has a couple nice places (Butcher and the Brewer, House of Blues, Greenhouse Tavern).

Ohio city is where Great Lake Brewing Company is, with several other bars with lots of micro brews and good whiskey.

Horseshoe Casino will be enjoyable only if you actually like casinos, otherwise skip it.

Everything is close together there.

The Flats are no longer dead. It is being built back up, and right now there are a few places to go (cant remember names).

If you are simply looking for a night on the town to some bars with good food and drinks, it is as good as most other places unless you are a baller and need the total baller experience.

At the Tremont Taphouse, very cool craft beer bar. Cleveland gets a bad wrap I think.
Great choice. Check out Flying Monkey while you're over there.

I went to the Horseshoe last night and thought it was a pretty cool casino. However, some of the worst blackjack players I've ever seen were there last night. I was at tables where 5 times different people split 20. Normally I'm very chill when it comes to letting others play their hands as they see fit but every time it was a disaster. Lost my cool on the last one and chewed out the guy who did it. I don't know if he is a FBG but if so, while you are a complete idiot when it comes to BJ, I would like to apologize to you and your hottie 20-something daughter for what I said I would do to her if you split 20 again.

We went to Cleveland in college with a business club/group. We were going to tour a bank or something like that. I never made the tour. The night before at the "Cleveland nightlife" I hooked up with some chick and stayed at her place. Got back to the hotel and just slept.

So maybe you could meet up with my unknown kid.

I was actually there last night also. My brother talked me into it. Didn't really want to go. Won 60 bucks, yayy.

I don't particularly like it, right from the start when you try to walk in and 10 people ask you for change or cigs. Higher table minimums also. Baccarat never lower than 25. I have never seen craps lower than 15, though they do have up to 1000x odds.
