Browns have declared P Dave Zastudil, DB Coye Francies, LB Alex Hall, WR Chansi Stuckey, TE Michael Gaines, and TE Greg Estandia inactive for Monday night's game against the Ravens.

Reggie Hodges will handle punting duties with Zastudil out. Stuckey is dealing with a calf injury and has just one catch since joining the Browns in Week 6.
