I thought Portis went back in after the horse collar tackle that he got hurt on? If anyone has any news post it! Prolly none till closer to week 11......

Ok any inside info on this? I'm about to pull the trigger on a trade to get Portis and want to make sure the knee is a non issue.

He came back in and had several touches after the hit. It could be one of those things that he played through, and then found out it was hurt worse though? I haven't heard anything new though.

I believe he hurt his knee when Polamalu blew up a running play in the 1st half. He was shown getting the knee checked out and came back to play the whole game. He did get pulled down and his knee looked like it got tweaked at the end of the game, but there was nothing reported about that after. Extremeskins.com is the source for all Skins news and there's nothing about Portis' knee on the first 2 pages of posts. If it was serious, there would be something for sure on there.

I have to admit, Portis sure is a trooper. He is always hurt but every week still carries the load, pass block, and doesn't complain.
