League has been going on since 2006. The Cap is $500 and that is for the Live Auction only in August, after the Auction the cap is soft so teams are allowed to go over it w/ trades and taxi promotes. There is also no cap hits to promote turnover of players.
The rookie draft will be held sometime mid July and will be slow type. There is also a Tender Slow auction draft in early August which is fun (pretty much teams put up players whoes contracts have ended for bid and if a new owner wins them the new owner gives a future draft pick.)
Entry is $110

Trust me, the auction is a blast... by far my favorite draft activity of the year.
