Falling way behind in my roto league on saves - have opleanty of hitting - have an opportunity to deal Mike Lowell for Todd Jones or Chad Cordero - I know they both are performing lousy but is either in danger of losing their job? Trying to counter with Adam LaRoche (can't believe that I'd rather keep Lowell!) -

Also have an offer out Duncan for Rivera (guy needs a keeper)

But a readout on Jones/Cordero would help!

Jones will likely get you more saves but you'll take a hit on ERA and WHIP. Cordero would be my choice, especially if you can keep him for another year.

I'd go after Lidge or Myers... they both should come cheap...

... or if you have someone who thinks Rivera is done, he'd be a good target as well.

thanks for the input - just grabbed Valverde and Orlando Hudson for Blanton - Valv is a much better closer than I thoought I can get (this year anyway) plus both are cheap keepers. Guy just loved Blanton - whats the outlook on Valv - real deal?

rivera as in mariano? for chris duncan?in less than one second i'd do that deal.

I would too but he rejected it - went with Valv instead!
