College tour - Need recs for 3 cities (1 Viewer)

The family will be swinging through 3 college towns in a couple weeks.  I am looking for recommendations on places to eat, must see, or anything unique that gives a taste of what the local community is all about (aside from the universities).  What do you have for these three places?
