Hey - I'm surfing around ...just killing time, yeah, I want know the 10 hidden adult jokes in my childhood favorite films.

I wanna know 10 things I didn't know about Parks and Rec. So sue me, but quit ####### up my computer.

I don't get to see this dreck that I want to see because within seconds my computer immediately slows to a crawl and then eventually freezes for minutes at a time until I just have to reboot.

Why would these ####ers do this? Its not a Russian pirate video site trying to scrape info ...right? :sadbanana:

Because it and its ilk solely exist as ad revenue generating sites so each page in its redundant "features" is loaded with dozens upon dozens of advertisements that take forever to load and have memory intensive animations.

This is what I figured, but wondered if there was any kind of technical way to get around all the junk.

Yeah. Don't install/use it in the first place.

Use Firefox and the AdblockPlus and NoScript extensions.

Edit: I just tried it using those, and it works OK on my slow computer.

Just try using a different browser to go to Answers.com, anything other than Internet Explorer.
