Yes, I stole the idea from "Mike and Mike in the Morning" on ESPN Radio, but I like the idea and it makes for good discussion.

What head coach do you like the most to PERFORM WELL this upcoming weekend in their Conference Championship Game, and then rank the remaining coaches from 1-4 (1 being the one you have the most confidence in, 4 the least).

Payton gets my #2 for his gutsy play calling, and Lovie gets the nod below him, as I don't have the confidence in him that he will sit Grossman in time if need be.

Dungy has his work cut out for him, I din't think he is a very good head coach, and he is goin against the best.
