No big deal. If he doesnt deserve it then people won't vote for him. Point is these are consensus rankings. There is value in knowing how others view players. In fact if you disagree with consensus and are right then you can win big in trades. I like these polls and hope you keep doing them. I voted Rice btw.

I fully plan on voting for T Rich at #4. I think the next two go Foster/Rice in some sort of order. Then, you get into the guys with warts.

MJD: 27 in a week.

Lynch: 26, poor receiver and a little Buffalo stink.

Johnson: 27 at the beginning of the season, heavy workload and a poor year last year.

Mathews: Injury concerns, hasn't been good enough to relegate Tolbert to FT back-up status, worry about never getting 300 touches.

Forte: 26, contract problems, low TD #'s, perception he is possibly not as talented as many other RBs.

ADP: 27 in a week, major injury rehab in front of him.

Meanwhile, Richardson is going to be 21 when the 2012 NFL season opens, doesn't have injury concerns from college and has been stated as the best RB prospect since Peterson came into the league. 6 or 7 years from him sound pretty damn good right as the 4th RB of the board.

Trent Richardson? WTF?
Yeah. He does not belong in this discussion yet.Are you trying to build up his value or something?
And this is why I sometimes regret doing these polls...
No no....great job with the polls. I was just shocked is all.
Not you, the "manipulating the value" garbage. Yeah, I started multiple polls about multiple positions just so I can get a bit more for the 1.01 rookie pick (which I don't have in any league).

Im just waiting for you to include RGIII around QB #8 or so. Trying to manipulate the value of 1.03 IMO

Oh, he'll be there before 8, manipulate away.

I guess I should have put a smiley face or a "haha" if I knew you were gonna get so upset about me kidding around. But seriously, why did you put him up there? There was not one single mention of him in the first round.

There was mention of him in the #1 poll and there was also a huge discussion last week about Richardson vs Rice and many posters said they would rather have Richardson. I thought he merited consideration here considering all that.

Who cares who is on the poll? I don't care if priest holmes is on there. You only vote for one guy. Pick who you think is the right choice.

Nice summary. I took Richardson as the 4th RB off the board in a recent startup on similar considerations. I think there is a decent sized dropoff after the top 3 (which I rank: Foster, McCoy, Rice). The next tier has a lot of 26/27 year old RBs that have proven their talent but have some injury concerns and the simple negative of their age in an era where RBs get old quickly.I understand if some would prefer a more proven player from that 2nd tier, but I personally will take the guy 6 years younger with a talent level, though unproven at the NFL level, that I believe in.
