I'm the commish of a 4th year contract/salary cap league. We just moved the league over to MFL and looking for a few dedicated owners that will end the turnover the league has had the last two years.
The league is structured to be similar to the NFL. Each offseason we have a FA auction and a rookie draft.
Rosters are 21 players, a 5 person practice squad and two IR positions.
Starters:
1 QB
2 RB
2 WR
1 TE
1 PK
1 RB/WR/TE
1 WR/TE
Scoring is:
4 pts. per passing TD
6 pts. per rushing/receiving TE
0.05 pts per passing yard
0.1 pts per rushing/receiving yards
Normal kicking scoring
Starting in the 2010 season we will be adding PPR and changing passing TDs from 4pts to 6pts. Changes were delayed to allow teams to adjust their strategy.
League fees will $35 this year.

Hall Thunder - #8 pick in rookie draft
The Future Talent Monopoly - #7 pick in rookie draft
As you take a look at the rosters, you'll see players with 0 years remaining. Those are the potential free agents. Each team gets a franchise tag. You can franchise any player with a tag amount of their previous salary + $5. It give you the right to match an offer or get a draft pick if you don't. Also any player who entered the league in the last two years is considered a RFA, giving you the right to match any offer.
Right now the plan is:
June 22nd: FA Auctions - Franchise and RFA Players
-This will be done on the message board. Auctions will last at least 48 hours or 24 hours after the last bid. Once the auction ends, the previous owner will have 24 hours to match the offer.
June 28th: FA Auction - Unrestricted Players
-Teams will nominate players for auction. Auctions will end 36 hours after the last bid.
Mid-July: Rookie draft
