Cooley w/o Samuels? (1 Viewer)

Can't take another goose egg from him this week vs. the Chiefs. Can Skins homers chime in on whether you think Cooley wil be relegated to blocker again this week? Or will the Chief's lackluster pass rush not be enough of a worry?

I heard Cooley on the radio this morning. This may not be much help, but he did say he hoped that they would be able to get Samuels backup more practice this week so Cooley wouldn't have to stay in to block. He did sound frustrated that he had no targets (1?) on Sunday.

I expect they create a game plan that has Cooley as a pass catcher and not as a blocker. His role change last week was due to a mid-game adjustment. I actually would expect a few screens to him next week to help slow down a pass rush against what's probably the worst OL in the NFL.
