Coolsculpting-What do you know? (1 Viewer)

Saw an add for this during the PGA Championship last year and was wondering if anyone had the procedure or knew anyone that had. I exercise and work out 5+ days a week,  you should see my ###/legs, I'm told they're' the best by every woman I meet and most men.  I eat healthy the vast majority of the time too but I just can't make much of a dent in my gut.  This seems too good to be true, what say you?

My wife and SIL did it. It didn't make a noticeable difference.

My other SIL did lipo, which did make a difference.

Thanks GB.  From what little I know you need to exercise or keep exercising afterwards to flush the fat cells or something. I don't even know if that's a thing as it doesn't sound right. Anyhow, did they exercise afterwards?

Ok Bob, the hell with that gimmick.   Simply tighten up your diet and you'll have a six pack in no time.  4 more months until summer.    Plenty of time.

Sounds more like a diet issue, gb.

Start tracking everything you eat...and drink.
Breakfast is black coffee and some cashews, almonds, pistachios

Lunch most days is a salad, all veggies, a little feta and yogurt dressing. No cheese, bacon or other BS.

Dinner is usually something healthy, grilled chicken, veggies but definitely where I stray the most because I'm busy.  Special fried rice tonight. 🐷
