If its a tackle heavy league then I'd lean towards Rubin.
Here's a comparison of the two over the last couple of years.
They both are playing 3-4 base DEs but likely would slide inside as 4-3 DTs in sub pass rush packages, so no advantage per position. Ahtyba Rubin has been in the league longer so he has a more etablished history to look over but I'm only going back one more year of stats with him.
