Tackle heavy league, Both are considered a DT on espn and we generally only roster 1 DT. (only 7 total bench slots, start 1 DT)

I have Liuget, but Rhubin is on waiver wire. Pick him up or stay put?

If its a tackle heavy league then I'd lean towards Rubin.

Here's a comparison of the two over the last couple of years.

They both are playing 3-4 base DEs but likely would slide inside as 4-3 DTs in sub pass rush packages, so no advantage per position. Ahtyba Rubin has been in the league longer so he has a more etablished history to look over but I'm only going back one more year of stats with him.

Exentuating circumstances>>>> Liuget was a rookie in 2011.

Cleveland Browns DT/DE Ahtyba Rubin

Extenuating circumstances>>> Rubin got injured and missed some time and was also hampered by having fellow DT Phil Taylor miss 8 games with a torn pec at the begining of last year.

Breaking injury news on Browns DE Ahtyba Rubin.

He's listed as QUESTIONABLE for Sunday.

Potentially more troubling news. No sign of Ahtyba Rubin. He hasn't been on injury report. Will get an update after practice. #Browns
