Jets homers what is going on here??? Cotchery went from just a slight hamstring issue to now being in danger of missing the game.

"Jets coach Rex Ryan said Friday that Jerricho Cotchery (hamstring) is in real danger of missing Monday night's game against Miami.

All the more reason to use Braylon Edwards in his Jets debut. Cotchery sat out practice Friday after straining his hamstring in Thursday's workout. While he has an extra day to heal for Monday Night Football, these late-week injuries are always a bad sign. Should Cotchery sit against the Fins, Edwards and Dustin Keller would see more targets and Brad Smith would start."

I think it's too big of a gamble to rely on Cotchery at this point. Can't afford a big goose egg if he's a "no go". Haven't heard anything positive (in fact, it seems more negative at this point). Any other info would be appreciated. For now, Burleson hits my starting lineup.

Edwards was on Micheal Kay (spelling) show Friday and they asked him about is knowledge of the offense and he should it was the same offense he ran in 07 and 08, he swears he can step in Monday night and be the #1.
