 Peanut Butter and Fluff. 

My boss who is 56 years old brings in Fluffernutter sandwiches for lunch maybe once a week and we all sit in amazement that anyone can put that crap into their bodies. There may be no worse food source one could injest than Fluff. May as well eat plastic or glue.

Agree. I was sort of mentioning it in sarcasm. I grew up near Boston, elementary school in the late 70s/early 80s. This was prime 'fluffanuttah' time. My Home-Ec teacher Julia Child-like mother would not permit either sandwich in our brown paper bag lunches.
