Cousins or Goff - which one to start for week 14?

I like Cousins.  Gotta believe Goff is going to face a motivated defense after they got embarrassed last week.

Chargers aren't drawing well, so crowd noise shouldn't be a variable for Cousins.

I'd go Goff. I think he has a better matchup. Chargers are excellent against the pass.
