Firstly, Rafael Vela is probably the best homer blogger in the business. Even if you aren't a Cowboys fan, he breaks down the team and general football concepts, as witnessed by the link TMWNN posted, so well it's worth at least a weekly look-see.
And that link contains the answer to your question. Ayodele will probably play the RILB, James the LILB. But, for now, it appears that neither will play in nickel situations, which could conceivably take them off the field 40% of the time. Both Carpenter and Burnett could play on nickel downs, with Carpenter probably being the first on the field. Still, with that kind of situational rotation, there's little value for anyone unless someone is injured. Unless something presents itself in camp/preseason, I don't think any of them will be much more than a situational bye week player/LB4 at best in IDP leagues.
At some point, though, we are finally going to see another stud LB option in Dallas. There weren't many clear options to be had in the draft this year, though. Next year, there may be.
Thanks for the kind words about the Audible shows. We enjoyed doing them and are looking forward to regular updates before and during camp.
