Sounds like a reasonable trade for both sides, and I think I would take it if I were him.  The Top 200 ranking for FBG has Crabtree at #39 in PPR and Bennett at #110 so they think you are getting the short end of the stick, but I myself am high on Bennett and I think you are stronger at WR than TE so this could be a useful move for you.

I don't know what the scoring would look like in PPR, but in non-PPR (standard scoring) Crabtree has quietly ascended into the top 10 in fantasy points and outscoring Amari Cooper. Crabtree has played into a 1a 1b situation in terms of production and I don't see that changing with the way Carr is playing. With the scarcity of top tier TE's he may balk on the idea, but he should absolutely consider it. The challenge looks like it will be Crabtree would be viewed as a WR3 (or Flex in ur roster setup), especially on his roster with Hopkins and Evans there, and he won't give you good value for him. Worth a try though.
