Is Down and Out in Beverly Hills underrated? I love that movie, but rarely hear it talked about. IMDB has it at as a 6/10 while Ebert gave it 4 stars. Regardless, awesome movie.

With all the sequels/remake, I'm not sure if it still qualifies as underrated, but I always felt that Manhunter got missed by a lot of people. Was always my first go-to recommendation for a video rental. yes... VIDEO.

Also think that when people talk about comedies, Team America gets overlooked.

Agreed. My wife and I liked it as something different. But we recommended it to another couple (even with the warning that it was different), and I was pretty sure from their response after they saw it that they'd never trust another recommendation from us again.
