QB:  Stafford/Bradford

RB:  Bell/Ingram/Gore/McKinnon/Jac Rodgers/Karlos Williams

WT:  Demaryius/Alshon/Tyrell Williams/Tyreek Hill/Crabtree/Decker/T. Benjamin/Tyler Boyd/P. Dorsett

TE:  Gronk/Z. Miller

D:    Philly

2.10, 4.03, 4.12

QB - reasonably happy

RB - Ok but could use better depth and a true young stud to bridge gap once Ingram starts to take dip.  Hoping McKinnon makes a move to take over Minn job but not counting on it.

WR - Position group I'm most unsure about.  Mix of age but no definite young stud to build around

TE - Feel I need to make a move and target rookies heavily in our upcoming rookie draft.  Doubt I'll be able to grab one with the 2.10 so I may need to trade some of my WR assets to make it happen.

This is a startup league and my first venture into the dynasty format so any feedback is appreciated.

I think your evaluation is pretty close.  Your starting lineup can be competitive.  Your biggest area of concern is a lack of young talent at the end of your bench.  I would prefer carrying closer to an equal amount of RB and WR since the minimum requirement is start 2 at each position.  I also would look to move some WR depth for some added picks or some RB depth to balance things out.  The key question is who to move and it may depend on what you can get.  Probably the only marketable WR that can give you anything significant in return are DT, Jeffrey, Williams, Hill and Crabtree,  Decker due to age and coming off injury won't get you anything worthwhile so I would hold.  Benjamin is in a similar boat coming off injury and Williams looked decent so I would rather hold than sell low on him.  Boyd didn't do enough as a rookie to allow you much value.I'm not sure Dorsett will ever work out.  The nice thing is you can shop your top WR to see what is out there.  If nothing is interesting I personally would just punt on this years draft and have a full set of picks next year and get what you can with the few picks you have.

To add to what Warhogs said, I think specifically Hill, and McKinnon could net you some nice value in picks. I think someone out there will give you a 2017 first, in the 5-8 range for Hill, and I think I would do that deal for that pick, as for Jerrick, I feel like if a tiny tidbit of positive news comes out about the Minny job being his to lose, or something like that you should actively shop him. I feel like post draft and leading up to the season his value is gonna plummet.

Your squad is in an interesting spot, I feel like if you can ride stafford all year, and your Rbs and Gronk stay healthy, you could be very competitive, and one more solid piece could put you in the hunt. I also feel like if you can punt a few pieces this year (basically what Warhogs said) for futures, you could be even stronger in a season or two.
