Listening to KFAN's weekly fantasy radio show, Charchian says that Curtis Martin should be picked up in all leagues. Is there a chance that Martin plays and starts this season? Any NYJ homers out there with some insight??

I wouldn't expect much, if anything, from Curtis from here on out.
I think Mangini has settled in on his 3 guys (with Blaylock seemingly out of the picture) with the hopes that one will emerge. Unless all 3 absolutely stink up the joint, then Curtis MAY get some meaningful carries.
Absent that, I think Curtis's carries will be more ceremonial in nature to let him go out on at least somewhat of a decent note.

there was a nothing(but was it?) statement from mangini recently where he said how they put a player on PUP to play after week 6. You could take it as him quoting the rule or as Martin playing after week 6. All in all though, he gave nothing and you'd have to "read into" his quote to form some news.We should be getting Martin and Priest updates soon. I'd wait for something other than a coach stating a rule before I made any moves.
Remember also that this is a new offense. I doubt even if Martin is healthy enough to come back, he'd probably get at least a week or two of practice before he played. I have my doubts if he comes back at all....
