Looking at the box score it seems that Sharpton benefited most, but the team website states that Justin Tuggle took over (3rd qtr). On the depth chart Dobbins is listed as the direct backup but he did not have any tackles at all.

Assuming Cushing is not cleared to play, who benefits? And will he be FF relevant

If he sits next game, it should be Sharpton and Mays in the base defense. Mays will come off in the nickel.

sounds like he passed concussion test during the game, and was held out as a precaution, unfortunately for the Texans Cushing's absence led to Seattle making plays in the middle of the field and winning the game.

Unfortunately for the Texans, Cushing can't play QB.
