I own a business and I think its more important to lose money on a job then to make money on a job if it is the difference between happy customer and angry customer. Never let your customer angry or sad. What do you think? I lost 200 dollars on my last job but the customer was happy.

 
Happy customers call you back and tell others about you. Angry ones don't or even worse, discourage others from calling you. Simple equation.

 
That wouldnt be possible for 3 reasons

#1-he only has a phone and wouldnt be able to sign in to multiple names simultaneously. Even if he could the IP would give it away.

#2- he couldnt afford several computer rigs that he could post from without leaving clues

#3- he isnt insane
