Pro Football Reference is generally a good site for stats, including a fairly flexible search engine that lets you build your own queries by player, team, week played, game played, year, player position, road, away, playoff or regular season, etc.
For this one you would go to Play Index -> Team Game finder. At the top make it Cumulative Season Games since you want multiple games from the season rolled up together. Then set the year range and weeks of interest. Over on the right, sort by total yards to get the offensive stats, and run it a second time with Opponent Total Yards to get the defense.
