Highest Floor - Smith vs Panthers. He won't turn the ball over and usually chips in a TD or two. Nothing spectacular but won't kill you (especially in leagues with negatives for turnovers)
Highest Ceiling - Cutler. He always shows flashes at times when the line gives him time. Against TB they should be able to throw the ball and I would expect a big day. Unfortunately there is almost a good of chance he throws the ball to the other team too much. If you have big negatives for turnovers be careful with this choice.
Middle Ground - I think he has a higher ceiling than Smith and a higher floor than Cutler. Good matchup vs Cleveland but that could mean the running game dominates.
I go Flacco or Cutler. Flacco is among league leaders in pass attempts, likely because of how poorly their secondary has been playing. Sure, they might run against Cleveland, but Cleveland will throw on them. Game flow should keep it competitive imo.
Cutler is playing to get signed next year, and like Flacco, has an awful defense, meaning Evans should feast and Chicago can trail. Only concern is turnovers.
