I LOVE Flacco this year. I think he really turns into a viable fantasy starter by year's end and comes close to 3800 yds and 20 tds. The Raven's, IMO, are going to open things up a little this year with Rice as the RB. I think they held Flacco down a little and tried to be conservative with him last year. He's looked great in preseason, and Mason is the unquestioned #1 WR there.
Mason isn't getting any younger, but still put up over 1000 yds and had 5 tds last year on a team that ran the ball more than any other team in the league (correct me if I'm wrong). With the playbook opening up, what kind of numbers do you expect from him this year?
I would guess another 100-200 yds receiving and maybe 1-2 more tds...but that puts him up near the top 15 in the league. Am I crazy for thinking he could end up there?
He also has a great matchup this week vs the Chiefs, so he could come out very strong. 100 yd and 1 td is my guess.
