We all know how Williams tore it up last year for Carolina but how much of that was Stew's injury? Can Williams repeat, or even come close, to 20 TDs (18 rush and 2 pass)?

In a TD only league which is more valuable...the guy who was the NFL TD leader or the Giants bruising #1 guy and goal line hog B Jacobs?

Jacobs without a question of doubt in my mind.

It is not reasonable for Carolina to duplicate that many rushing TDs again and there are 2 backs there who will take them. Stewart is probably the Goal Line back there too.

Jacobs on the otherhand is the starter for one of the best teams in the league and is a brusing runner who will get all the goal line chances - considerable for New York.
