Dallas-Philadelphia Game Thread (1 Viewer)

no schtick, I have 0 issue with Madden and never have. Maybe i'm in the minority, but I still like what he brings to the table.

the best part of madden is when he tries to make a point about a player. and the player makes a play but cheats, and madden just overlooks it.

I was hoping the Eagles might put a little extra concentration on Owens tonight to open up some stuff for Crayton. But T.O. is making it look easy for the most part.

I just don't see the iPod Touch being a great seller. If you are going to spend that kind of money, get the phone or get the classic with much more space.

Dallas has dominated, but hasn't been able to seal the deal.

If the Eagles get points before the half, I'd be concerned.

The strange thing is that I feel like I should feel the same way. But instead, I'm not concerned at all.McNabb is a shell of his former average self.

T-Rom with a very poor pass.
That one didn't make alot of sense. His contract is an albatross that will ruin this franchise forever./galloway
Galloway isn't seriously throwing out that weak schtick, is he?
no really, but look for him to jump on that opinion the first chance he gets.
That guy was fresh and insightful back when I was ten years old. Of course, that was 23 years ago now.

Wow thats a great compliment by Madden saying that Marion Barber reminds him of Walter Payton near the goal line.

McNabb just absolutely doesn't look like he cares a bit about this game. It couldn't be any more obvious that he's done in Philadelphia. In a related note, this is the quietest Philadelphia crowd I've ever heard (Sixers games not included). Geez. Way to show up.

I think the Dallas RB situation is maybe the best illustration of the dichotomy between Real football and Fantasy Football...

We all see several posts each week asking "Why the hell don't they just run MBIII all the time?"...

And yet both of them just keep on producing, and the Cowboys keep winning, and they are both fresh and give the other teams different looks to prep for and defend...

Personally, as a non-Cowboys with no fantasy dog in the fight, it is a lot of fun to watch this Dallas offense operate with both of them..

My early selection for Cowboy's underrated MVP: Leonard Davis.

Watch that overview play of the TD. Even though they run the other way Davis takes up two defenders and seals that entire side of the field not allowing anyone from that side to get into the play. He has been doing this all year. The guy is a born guard.

Take it to the locker room Philly..........The East goes through Dallas now!

super great :goodposting: And every week when Barber is tearing it up in the fourth, I say "This is why JJ gets his carries."
