if tapp was 6'4" & ran a 4.6, he would might have been a high first round pick (he went in the second, as it was, i think)...he didn't get as much respect as elite prospects at the position in his class (mario williams, hali, kiwanuka) because of sub-optimal height & speed measurables (this could maybe be said of hali as well)...paradoxically, though "slow", he is super quick, & had great 40 splits i think in first 10 meters... as good or better than other "elite" prospects...while somewhat short, he claims to use it as an advantage in gaining leverage... he does have unusually long arms & strength for his size, & coupled with his quickness (& developing repertoire of moves), he can be a handful for OL who write him off as too short & slow...like TD mentioned, with OL being heavily distracted by peterson & kerney, he could rarely be double teamed...i like him, too, & expect big things from him soon...
